Easy Returns – Because Your Comfort Matters

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, Darwin Store makes returning it easy – no hassle, no extra costs. We believe that a return process should be just as smooth as your shopping experience, and that’s exactly what we’ve designed.

You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To begin, simply send an email to our support team at info@darwinstores.com. Please include your order number, name, and reason for the return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once we’ve reviewed and approved your request, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. We cover all return shipping costs – so you won’t pay a penny. Just pack the item securely, attach the return label, and drop the parcel at your nearest post office.
