Easy Returns – Because Your Comfort Matters

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, Darwin Store makes returning it easy – no hassle, no extra costs. We believe that a return process should be just as smooth as your shopping experience, and that’s exactly what we’ve designed.

You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To begin, simply send an email to our support team at info@darwinstores.com. Please include your order number, name, and reason for the return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once we’ve reviewed and approved your request, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. We cover all return shipping costs – so you won’t pay a penny. Just pack the item securely, attach the return label, and drop the parcel at your nearest post office.

Fast Handling – Global Delivery

At Darwin Store, we pride ourselves on ensuring that your order reaches you quickly and smoothly. Once your order is confirmed, our dedicated warehouse team gets to work immediately. Processing typically takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on the item and current order volume.

All the products listed on our store are physically available in our inventory. That means when you place an order with us, your item is already ready to ship – no backorders, no unexpected delays. We handle all packing and shipping directly from our own warehouse.

To provide fast and dependable international delivery, we’ve partnered with 4PX Express – a globally trusted logistics provider based in China. With their extensive network, your order is shipped efficiently and securely from our facility to your doorstep.

Delivery times depend on your location and local postal services, but most customers receive their orders within 3 to 14 business days after dispatch. You’ll also receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery from start to finish.
